At Poljects, we do more than advise. We design, build and operate the software our clients run their business on, and we stay responsible for it after launch.

How our solutions come about

Every platform on this page began the same way: a company was running a critical process on spreadsheets, email threads and personal phones. We sat inside that process, mapped it, and replaced it with software that fits the way the team actually works instead of forcing a standard product onto them.

Integrations we build and operate on our clients' behalf

Several of our platforms connect a client's own business accounts to the services they already use. We handle the technical integration, the security of the credentials involved and the compliance requirements of each platform, so our clients keep working in one system instead of switching between tools. Messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform, lead delivery and conversion reporting for advertising campaigns, and document and payment workflows are all part of that work.

Built to be run, not just delivered

Our platforms are hosted in our own environments with encrypted credentials, role-based access enforced down to the database, audit trails and scheduled backups. Releases are staged and health-checked, and every system on this page is either in production or in supervised pilot operation with real users.
