ETL and BTW – two independent logistics companies – faced the challenge of responding faster to freight inquiries, reducing manual coordination, and increasing operational transparency. Offers were created manually, internal coordination was inconsistent, and there was no scalable digital backbone.
We developed a modular AI-based automation layer to support the complete workflow from inquiry to offer dispatch. With smart logic, the system detects incoming inquiries, extracts key shipment data, pre-fills offers, and routes them to the responsible dispatcher – including escalation and fallback logics.
The system is designed to grow with the company: from pre-configured templates to dynamic learning components.
Each cluster was analyzed for engagement uplift—some reaching up to 7,745% higher than average.
