Richkeys, a fast-scaling HR and recruiting platform, was struggling with the manual effort required to process inbound candidate leads and qualify them across roles and profiles. While talent pipelines were strong, the internal workflows lacked scalability, structure, and intelligent filtering — especially as demand grew across markets.
Poljects designed and implemented a tailored automation system that streamlines the lead intake, profile enrichment, and nurturing process for job candidates using AI-supported logic and no-code orchestration tools.
We developed a multi-step automation pipeline based on n8n, integrated with Richkeys’ CRM and form system, to automatically extract candidate data, tag them based on role fit, and trigger personalized communication sequences. The system also supports internal recruiter alerts and follow-ups — saving time and enabling better hiring outcomes.
