🌐 3D / VR Expert

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D / VR Expert to join our interdisciplinary team. You will be responsible for designing immersive 3D environments and developing interactive VR experiences for international clients across industries such as architecture, automotive, healthcare and more.


✅ Your Responsibilities

  • Design and model high-quality 3D assets and environments
  • Build interactive experiences in Unity or Unreal Engine (VR & AR)
  • Collaborate with AI, data and design teams to bring digital products to life
  • Work closely with clients and project managers to meet creative briefs
  • Optimize 3D performance for web and VR platforms
  • Contribute ideas to innovation workshops and prototyping sessions

✅ What You Bring

  • Degree or professional experience in 3D Design, Media Technology, Game Design or related fields
  • Expertise in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya or similar
  • Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine (VR/AR projects is a plus)
  • Understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering and animation
  • A creative mindset and passion for digital storytelling
  • Bonus: Experience with WebGL, Three.js or interactive data visualization

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing digital and AI agency. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth across international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to align innovative solutions with client needs.


✅ Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital, AI and 3D solution spaces
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Translate client challenges into creative digital solutions with our delivery team
  • Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Represent Poljects at industry events, conferences and virtual meetings
  • Track KPIs and performance to continuously optimize the sales funnel

✅ What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting (preferably in tech or digital services)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with international clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI trends or 3D tech (a plus)
  • Fluent in English (German, Arabic or French is a bonus)
  • High level of initiative, structure, and drive for results
