Structures, OKRs, and communication flows for a scalable employee health initiative
The employee health management (BGM) initiative at Lufthansa required a structured framework to scale effectively across business units and locations. The program included multiple physical and digital touchpoints, but lacked a clear governance model, unified OKRs, and a consistent communication strategy. Internal visibility and engagement also needed to be strengthened across departments.
As part of the extended consulting and implementation team, Poljects contributed to the governance model, OKR framework, and internal communication setup of Lufthansa’s BGM strategy.
We helped define structured responsibilities, regular formats, and campaign logic that aligned with the company’s corporate health goals. Additionally, we supported the planning and communication of on-site events, maintained and editorially coordinated the intranet presence, and developed surveys to improve feedback and participation.
Organizational health begins with structural clarity. We helped build that foundation.
